These terms explain the intended use of DoClean and its subscription.

Using DoClean

Use DoClean only with content you own or are authorised to manage. You control the files and permissions you share. Review selections before confirming deletion, conversion or any other change. Keep independent backups of important files; no duplicate-detection method guarantees every recommendation is appropriate for your needs.

What the service can access

The app operates within the permissions and capabilities provided by iOS. It does not promise to uninstall other apps, clear their private caches or access their private data. Available functions may depend on iOS version, device, permissions, iCloud availability and subscription status.

DoClean Pro and free trial

DoClean Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, the subscription renews at the monthly price displayed by Apple before purchase unless cancelled. Eligibility is determined through the App Store; reinstalling does not create a new trial entitlement. Scanning and a limited preview are available without subscribing; cleaning requires Pro.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Apple charges your Apple Account after purchase confirmation or when an eligible free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel through iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting DoClean does not cancel a subscription. Local prices and taxes are displayed at purchase. Apple handles refund requests through Report a Problem; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Licensing and liability

The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Those licence terms, applicable App Store terms and mandatory consumer law apply. These pages do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. We do not guarantee a specific amount of recovered storage or uninterrupted availability.
