DoClean privacy and support requests can be sent to [email protected]. DoClean is provided by RB Media FZC LLC, the operator responsible for the processing described in this policy.
Your photos, videos and contacts
Photo and video comparison takes place on your device. We do not upload your media library or contact entries to our servers for analysis. Access is requested through iOS permissions. Limited photo access is respected; you can change permissions in Settings. Contact access, if a contact tool is used, is separate from photo access. Do not send personal files to support unless you deliberately choose to do so.
Purchases and subscription access
Apple processes App Store payments. RevenueCat helps validate transactions and keep subscription access up to date. Data may include a randomly generated app user ID, transaction and product identifiers, purchase history, trial and subscription status, storefront and technical request information. We do not receive your full payment card details. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy.
Usage and crash diagnostics
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to understand feature usage and diagnose failures. This may include app-instance identifiers, device and operating-system details, app version, coarse location inferred from IP, feature events, performance information and crash traces. We do not intentionally include photos, videos, contact names, phone numbers, contact emails or media filenames in these events. See Firebase privacy information.
Website and support messages
This website uses optional Google Analytics cookies (measurement ID G-6PQ199W6SJ) only after you accept analytics. Google may process cookie or browser identifiers, pages visited, device and browser information, IP-derived approximate location and interactions to help us understand site use. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled. You can refuse analytics or withdraw consent through Analytics settings in the footer; the choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. See Google’s privacy policy. There is no contact-upload form or newsletter signup. The hosting provider may process IP addresses and standard request logs to deliver and secure the site. When you email support, we receive your address and the message and attachments you choose to send.
Purposes, retention and service providers
We process information to provide subscription access, resolve support requests, understand app operation and prevent abuse. Where required, processing relies on your consent; other processing may be necessary for the service, legal obligations or legitimate operational interests. We keep information as needed for these purposes and applicable obligations. Providers apply their own configured retention periods; we do not promise immediate deletion of billing records that must be retained.
Your choices and rights
You can revoke iOS library permissions, manage Apple subscriptions and contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information we hold, or to withdraw consent where applicable. We may need information to locate a record or verify a request. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription or automatically erase transaction records. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights and the right to complain to a data protection authority.
International processing and changes
Apple, Google, RevenueCat, hosting and email providers may process information in other countries under their applicable safeguards. DoClean is not designed to collect children’s personal information knowingly. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data. We will publish material policy updates on this page with a revised date.
